The house is modern and authentic with a secured and heated swimming pool and a extraordinary pool-house to perfect the stay of its guests.
It’s very big, offers beautiful volumes and high cellings. Air conditioning in all rooms and lounge.
Materials used for construction are granite stones house and wood is Corsican Laricio pine tree.
It overlooks Cupabia bay and beach and offers one of the most beautiful landscapes and sunsets in southern Corsica from inside of the house and from all terrasses that are surrounding the house and of course from the pool-house that is more than a part of the house. Magic
It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 19 persons so the house is ideal for big families, groups of friends, seminars, (9 rooms).
Surrounding area is also wonderful with big sand beaches that are never overcrowded and a lot of wild creeks that can be even reached by feet but in case of rental of a motor boat with or without a skipper this part of Corsica is even more a paradise.
The house is situated 1 hour drive from Ajaccio Airport and port and 1h10 from Figari airport its also close to Propriano (20mn drive).
The situation allowes also days trips for Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio by car or by see or the mountains
Price according to the capacity of reception. The house is rented exclusively (to a single group) with a minimum of 5 bedrooms, up to 10 bedrooms. The house is made up of 3 parts: 1 large part with 5 bedrooms, 1 part with 2 bedrooms and 1 last part with 2 bedrooms

Très grande et belle maison située dans un environnement exceptionnel. Elle est idéale pour accueillir les réunions familiales, les grandes familles, les groupes d'amis et séminaires d'entreprises.
La maison est très confortable, toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Elle dispose de nombreuses chambres.
Divisible en appartements, la maison peut être louée en partie par appartement ou en totalité.
L'architecture de la maison est à la fois moderne et chaleureuse : pin corse (Laricio) et pierre granitique ont beaucoup été utilisés dans sa construction. La maison, dans toutes ses parties, offre surtout une vue panoramique sur la magnifique baie de Cupabia, que ce soit du salon par 5 grandes baies vitrées que du pool-house. Le pool-house, par son équipement (nombreuses places à table, cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur américain, four à pizzas, barbecue, lave-vaisselle...) et par sa vue sur la mer est l'endroit idéal de la maison où se déroulent tous les repas et soirées en été.
La maison est située à l'une des extrémités du golfe du Valinco, à quelques kilomètres de Propriano et à 1 heure de route d'Ajaccio. La maison offre une vue sur la magnifique baie de Cupabia et sa superbe plage de sable. D'autres belles plages et criques sont accessibles en quelques minutes. En bateau le golfe du Valinco et ses environs sont un véritable paradis. En plus de la mer, la maison est un point de départ pour de nombreuses activités, visites et excursions. Les rivières (baignades, cascades, sports en eaux vives) le plus proches ne sont qu'à quelques minutes, la montagne (Zonza, col de Bavella) est à environ 1 heure de route, Bonifacio à 1h40...

Prix en fonction de la capacité d'accueil. La maison est louée de façon exclusive (à un seul groupe) avec un minimum de 5 chambres, jusqu'à 10 chambres. La maison étant composée de 3 parties : 1 grande partie à 5 chambres, 1 partie à 2 chambres et 1 dernière partie à 2 chambres.
La maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 20/21 personnes.
Le prix indiqué minimum est pour la grande partie à 5 chambres pour 11 personnes maximum.
Pour un souhait de 7 chambres il convient de saisir, dans le formulaire de demande, au minimum 15 personnes même si le nombre de participants est inférieur. S'il est supérieur merci de saisir ce nombre.
