Il Rifugio del Paguro” è un accogliente e familiare luogo dove trascorrere le tue vacanze, avvolto da quel particolare calore che in altri luoghi, se non a casa tua, non potrai trovare.

Ricavato nel 2005 dalla magistrale trasformazione di una taverna ed un garage, è l’ideale per la vacanza vista la comodità e la semplicità per accedervi.

Completamente ed attentamente ristrutturato nell’estate 2017, si trova al piano terra di un palazzo a ferro di cavallo, in zona Scossicci a Porto Recanati, a 300 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia del lungomare Scarfiotti.

L’altezza interna dell’appartamento, leggermente ridotta rispetto allo standard (poco più di 2,30 m), fa de “Il Rifugio del Paguro” un luogo ancora più avvolgente ed accogliente, contribuendo inoltre a renderlo particolarmente fresco d’estate e caldo d’inverno.

L'alloggioj

Uscendo dal cortile antistante l’appartamento ed attraversando la strada, si entra nel lunghissimo percorso ciclabile/pedonale che in un batter d’occhio ed in tutta sicurezza permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi o in bicicletta il centro di Porto Recanati, per una passeggiata lungo il corso all’insegna dello shopping oppure, perché no, la meravigliosa Basilica di Loreto, luogo di culto e di meraviglia.

La zona è caratterizzata da numerosi chalet e ristorantini tipici in riva al mare. Se invece vorrai divertirti con i tuoi bambini, oltre ai numerosi parchetti pubblici attrezzati in loco, a poca distanza e raggiungibili anche in bicicletta, potrai trovare aree attrezzate, mini golf, go-kart, piscine con scivoli e tanti altri divertimenti!

Entrando ne “Il Rifugio del Paguro” arriverai nella luminosa ed accogliente zona pranzo/soggiorno, dove ti accoglierà un comodissimo divano blu, dove “buttarti” dopo una giornata di mare per rilassarti con un bel libro in attesa della cena. Potrai cucinare tutto ciò di cui avrai voglia: la cucina è infatti dotata di ogni comfort, dalla piastra ad induzione, al forno, e tutto il necessario, dalle stoviglie alle posate, è lì che ti aspetta!! Ed un tavolo a sei posti, sarà il posto ideale dove condividere ricordi ed impressioni della giornata durante i pasti.

Da un piccolo disimpegno si accede alla zona notte ed al bagno. Il bagno finemente arredato e dotato di una maxi doccia di oltre un metro e dieci di larghezza, è dotato anche di lavatrice e di mobili bianchi e luminosi.

Ma si sa…il mare stanca, e cosa può esserci di meglio alla fine di una divertentissima giornata di un bel riposo nelle silenziose ed accoglienti camere de “Il Rifugio del Paguro”? Una spaziosa camera matrimoniale (oltre 13 mq) con letto ribaltabile con cassettone, per riporre i tuoi oggetti più ingombranti, come le valige che, ahimé, dovrai riprendere soltanto alla fine di questo indimenticabile soggiorno, uno spazioso armadio, una cassettiera, e due intimi comodini.

Nella cameretta invece, un bellissimo e confortevole letto a castello in grado di far fare dei bellissimi sogni anche a due adulti. Uno spazioso armadio a due ante completa l’arredo. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di vetri termici ad isolamento acustico, così ne il caldo ne i rumori disturberanno il tuo meritato riposo!

In questo nido potrai rilassarti in famiglia e godere allo stesso tempo della posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia ed ai luoghi turistici.

In appartamento, trovi un manuale della casa con le informazioni sul funzionamento di tutto l’appartamento con la descrizione dei servizi, degli accessori e i numeri di emergenza.

Troverai anche una breve guida dei luoghi da vedere e delle cose da fare!

Potrai usare ogni cosa, la lavatrice, la cucina completamente attrezzata, il forno, e per far sì che anche gli altri, come te, trovino il tutto sempre in maniera perfetta, ti chiediamo soltanto di averne cura e di non fumare in casa.

E DAL 2022 nel prezzo È COMPRESA ANCHE LA SPIAGGIA: un ombrellone e due lettini allo Chalet Davide, per rendere ancora più comoda e piacevole la tua vacanza!!

L'appartamento è molto ben arredato e dispone di tutti i comfort. Paolo è molto gentile, disponibile e presente. Ottimo punto d'appoggio per la visita dei luoghi limitrofi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paolo (the owner) a message.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
