3-rooms apartment. It is one of the 10 apartments of “L'Ea di Lavru” resort. This lovely holiday complex, which is typified by an antique stone covering, has been revisited in a modern medieval style and it is located a few minutes away from the most enchanting beaches of the world. It faces the astonishing vista of Tavolara island. This impressive rock, like an overhanging Dolomite peak, stands out in emerald waters, floating between the dreaming colors of sky and sea. The architect has arranged the houses in groups of independent villas among small areas of Mediterranean scrub, delightful pink granite rocks and flowerbeds. From the living room and bedroom, you step out upon large terraces at ground level as part of the garden. The atmosphere is enhanced by the scent of a thousand different bushes and trees - red, violet, and orange bougainvillea, giant daisies, and century-old wild olive trees. The outdoor paths resemble those of old medieval villages, although they have a modern and unique touch, with natural materials like large golden paving-stones and fired bricks to shape romantic paths.

COMPULSORY ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be paid at check-in):

• bed linen + bath towels: euro 17.50 per person per week

• water + electricity: consumer costs (at meter reading). The average consumption is about euro 2.50 per person per day. (Hot/cold air conditioning increases this figure accordingly to the length of time if used).

• Local Tourist Tax: € 1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (no charge beyond the 10th night stay). Application period: 1 MAY – 30 SEPTEMBER. Children under the age of 12 are exempted

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• euro 300.00 . It must be paid cash when taking possession of the apartment and it will be reimbursed at check-out against payment of water and electricity consumptions and only after checking on breakages .

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

• Check-in from 06.00 p.m. Check-out within 10.00 a.m. Times can be changed on request

PETS:

• Small sizes pets are allowed. For any pet an extra charge of euro 50.00 will be requested for the whole period. For any single additional pet, the cost is euro 15.00

• sun beds, sun umbrellas, beach towels, cots (baby-beds), baby-chairs, extra foldable beds microwave oven, BBQ, Wi-Fi connection, Kitchen & Bath (Dish wash liquid, Kitchen/bath sponge, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, 1 bottle of Water, 4 rolls of toilet paper). 2 Kitchen clothes, 1 bar of bath soap and 1 toilet paper roll will be provided as a courtesy. P.S. Please pay attention: in your apartment you will not find previous guests’ leftovers.
