From the owner

The apartment is located in a stately residence of 50 apartments with concierge service. Set within a complex that extends along the contour of a hill overlooking the commercial port of Valle (from which depart the connections to the Island of Giglio), and architecturally characterized with wide green spaces which is common in place a rich Mediterranean vegetation, oleander, olive trees, licosperum, jasmine and cypress trees.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one single bedroom with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace, separate kitchen, for a total of up to 6 beds.(two beds in theliving room)

Is accessed by a few steps from the main walkway of the residence, has a small private courtyard garden-tiled ,rear courtyard and developed for 64 square meters, over the open porch .The private garden is 60 sqm. Within the complex there is also a common swimming pool for adults and a smaller pool (PHOTO 2) for children, as well as outdoor showers for the users that can only be condos or their guests.

The parking lot is located on the side of the road on which stands the Residence, plus you have a number of parking spaces be put into service area for common use.

• Move walk:

The location of the apartment is in the village, just a few steps from the commercial center of the same. You can walk to a beach called "Roadhouse" with bathing establishment and restaurant attached, following the old railway route. Easily accessible from the harbor, the main square and the area of the historical center, where there are small shops and street markets daily.

• Moving in car:

Alternatively, having your own transportation, there are the beaches with beach Giannella and Feniglia (both little longer than 8 km and the latter is also the Forest State Park) that lie to the north and to the south of Orbetello ( town on the Lagoon, historically dating back to the period late Romanesque). The beaches to the north and to the south of Telamon and of Capalbio can be reached with less than half an hour. The Argentario is mainly rock and you can enjoy the beauty of the sea through a number of steps to reach from the road called "Overview", which surrounds the perimeter of the headland.

In the village there are other beaches: The Cove, the Siluripedio, The Moletto.

• Move with Bus:

There is a bus that goes near the residence line 3. The stops are Appetite High or Baschieri (next to the Church of the Valley) in two different positions. Appetite high in front of the residence, Baschieri lower than about 200 meters. Appetite The road descends along the coast of the hill. The main line is the one that leads up to Orbetello FS every hour and correspondence with trains to Rome Genoa Grosseto and Siena.

Rome Fiumicino Airport is at 150 Km . Pisa Airport is at 220 Km.

The beaches of Feniglia and Giannella can be reached by public bus service.

A few steps from the house there is a weekly market on Tuesday, and a Coop supermarket is also at few steps down.After analyzing the market for weekly rentals of the promontory, and make a comparison of the property with the apartments presented by the various websites to lease leisure tourists, also get back a table of possible prices for the week.

Moving by boat:

Regular services link Argentario with the "Giglio " Island inhabited since 2000 year.

Usually the weather has a nice climate even in October.

Mi spiace come dissi ma la difficoltà è che non c'è link tra il calendario di trip advisor e il calendario di google emi sono dimenticato di fare l'aggiornamento manuale , nonostante ciò ho affittato il mi appartamento fino a metà settembre . gli altri mie siti web sono bnb e casa vacanze che hanno i calendari linkati
