The Villa has several lounge areas for relaxing and soaking up the sun, as well as a porch with BBQ for a fine dining al fresco, the ideal set to have fun between beach and mountains in this paradise that is "Porto Santo".

THE VILLA:

Villa Golf is an elegant one-story house located in one of the quietest and privileged areas of Porto Santo. The silence reigns and is only shaken by the interrupted views over the surrounding nature, in a perfect balance between sea, mountains and privacy.

Villa Golf is part of "SOUL Madeira - charming villas" collection and has been specially prepared with affection for tourism. This charming Villa has a modern decoration using beach elements, premium finishes and an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for holidays in family or in group who want to enjoy the best of Porto Santo island. Dine on the outdoor porch, enjoy the sunset or observe the stars at night in total silence while enjoying the natural surroundings, will be unforgettable experiences.

Located in Lapeira de Cima, the Villa is few minutes’ drive from all beach accesses of the island, from city center, Calheta, harbor/marina, airport, etc. The Villa offers 2 bicycles for guests use free of charge. However, car or motorbike are recommended to better know island points of interest.

Porto Santo is a paradise known as the "Golden Island", where you can enjoy its 9kms of fine, therapeutic sand beach, one of the warmest waters in Europe due to its proximity to the African coast, a warm/welcoming population, tours around the island, cycling along the coast, activities for children, thalassotherapy SPA, as well as a wide variety of water sports (diving, paddle, windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing, water skiing, etc.). The island also has several good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, ATM and other facilities.

INSIDE:

3 double bedrooms with sea / mountain views and independent access to the outside area.

The kitchen follows an American style (open to the living room) and was designed to enhance the conviviality among guests while they cook and relax. The dining area has a long dining table that seats 8 people and a counter connecting the kitchen, the perfect solution for a get-together in an environment that invites dialogue and socialization.

Kitchen style is modern with some retro elements and is fully equipped.

The living and dining rooms are panoramic and served by a minibar.

There is also a completed laundry room.

1 extra bed for a child and 1 baby cot are available (under consultation).

OUTSIDE:

The terrace and gardens are south facing, with excellent sun exposure, spacious and with panoramic views over the surrounding mountains/ocean.

The terrace is well prepared for dining outside where you can enjoy a good Madeira wine and have a delicious outdoor hot water shower when arriving from the beach.

The Villa offers several sun loungers, hammocks, chairs, etc. to relax and enjoy the best of your holiday.

AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL:

As a courtesy, Villa Golf offers you a small welcome basket with some products (bread, water, milk, tea, butter, cheese, ham ...) and a regional wine.

All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. For stays longer than one week, an intermediate cleaning is provided free of charge for each week.

All children are welcome. The house is ready to receive them and we have a baby crib and a baby chair available (upon prior consultation).

Wi-Fi connection in every places of the house, sound speakers for Iphone / MP3, TV, hair dryer, coffee / tea maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, gin glasses, wine, etc., will be available for guests' use.

The Villa offers 2 bicycles for guests use free of charge.

Equipped with first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket, as required by law.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joana (the owner) a message.

If Joana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
