Il luogo ideale per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza immersi nel verde a pochi passi dal lago. L'appartamento mansardato, completamente autonomo e con ingresso indipendente, si trova in una villa di prestigio situata in una delle zone più tranquille del paese. Da una terrazza coperta si può godere di una spettacolare vista del lago e delle montagne vicine.L'appartamento è composto da due camere, una matrimoniale e una con due lettini singoli e un divano letto, una cucina attrezzata e un soggiorno con il terrazzino vista lago, bagno con ampia doccia. La propriètà comprende una piscina privata di 80mq con profondità da 1,50m a 3,00, ideali per tuffi e nuoto, zona barbecue e parco da 3000mq. attrezzato con sdraio e ombrelloni. In paese è presente la stazione ferroviaria da cui poter raggiungere le diverse località nelle vicinanze: Luino, Laveno, Milano, Lugano, Angera, ecc. Lenzuola, asciugamani, tovaglie sono sempre compresi per tutti gli ospiti.

Per una maggiore tranquillità dei nostri Clienti, la casa viene lavata e sterilizzata con prodotti professionali di sterilizzazione dei pavimenti e delle superfici. Per le parti poco raggiungibili, viene utilizzato un micronizzatore vaporizzatore con disinfettante idroalcolico ,per garantire una disinfezione accurata su tutte le superficie i materiali.Come ultimo passaggio abbiamo un ozonizzatore molto efficace.

Why can't I call Aldo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aldo (the owner) a message.

If Aldo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
