The house is equipped with a main bathroom, 2 further en-suites and a ground floor WC. a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and utility room and a fully enclosed outside southerly facing area with seating. Sights and scenes from the marvellous province of Ulster are on display throughout our home.

Each bedroom is named after a local village or town land, complete with HD Smart TV. In addition there is a wide screen, flat screen HD Smart TV in the living room and a Smart TV wall mounted in the kitchen.

The house has a fantastic location - within 15mins walking distance of two Blue Flag beaches, 20 mins walk to world famous Royal Portrush championship golf course, 20mins walk to Portrush town centre with multiple bars, restaurants and amenities.

Appealing to families, golfers, surfers and groups of friends alike, The Grange offers the ideal location to host your getaway on the Atlantic coastline.

Portrush (from the Irish ‘Port Rois’- meaning promontory port) is situated on the beautiful and scenic North Antrim coast. A host of tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and the Bushmills Distillery are nearby. Blue flag beaches and a variety of dining options.

This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2100 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. An extensive book collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.

Spacious bright living room with wooden flooring and luxurious leather seating for up to 13 persons. Large flat screen HD Smart TV, with a wood burning fire and ambient lighting.

Kitchen/Dining

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table for seating up to 13. Large american style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser and extensive cupboard space. Wall mounted LED Smart TV.

Garden Area

The dining area opens through patio doors onto a southerly facing, fully enclosed garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking.

Double Bedroom - ‘Whiterocks’

Striking black and white flower décor with black double bed and matching furniture. Complete with ensuite shower room. Touch sensitive bedside lamps and wall mounted LED Smart TV.

King Bedroom – ‘Dunluce’

In black, silver and cream tones with views over the green. Extensive storage, bedside tables and ambient lighting. Leather bucket seat and wall mounted LED Smart TV.

Triple Bedroom – ‘Portmoon’

A double bed and a single bed, In tones of lavender, silver and grey with views over the green. Sea view. Leather bucket seat. Complete with LED Smart TV.

King Bedroom – ‘Skerries’

In tones of duck egg blue and chocolate brown, with luxurious dark brown leather sleigh bed. Bedside drawers and wardrobe. Wall mounted LED Smart TV complete with ensuite shower room.

Double Room – ‘Ballintoy’

Blue checked bedroom with a double bed. Drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted LED Smart TV.

Twin Room – ‘Ramore’

2 twin beds, complete with red checked themed bedding. Ample drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted LED Smart TV. (The twin beds can be made into a superking bed on request)

Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC. In dark grey and white. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.

A travel cot with mattress and cot bedding, a highchair and stairgate are all available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanne (the owner) a message.

If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
