When booked through HOLIDAY LETTINGS which is a 3rd party site I do not receive any details other than your first name untill you have paid Holiday Lettings the balance. You need to take into account when you use this 3rd party site there are fees added to the price which can be up to 17% more than with the house its self. When you first send a request please give as much detail's as possible eg. how many adults, children if more than one family , is this a holiday , family get together, or for a wedding, golf trip etc. If we know exactly the make up of the guests and the nature of the rental then a quote can be sent which speads up the booking.
The house has a good house keeping deposits of £100 which is payable normally direct to the premises by a separate cheque but can be through holiday lettings if booked with them.. If booked through this site holiday lettings you pay to them the deposit, balance and their fee plus the good house keeping deposit . I only receive your details email tel no. etc. when you pay the full balance. I will then send you a booking form direct from the premises.
Ard Na Mara is a split level house situated off the Strand Road in Portstewart within walking distance (approx. 5-10 mins) of all local amenities including the promenade, beach, golf courses, children's parks, restaurants, bars & shops.

The 4 Bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 persons + 2 infants. A Family bedroom on the upper ground floor with its own separate shower room, toilet & hand basin, 3 Bedrooms are down stairs, a large family en-suite room a double en-suite room and a twin room with its own separate shower room, toilet & hand basin
A second smaller lounge is down stairs, the sofa bed could sleep one other person or 2 smaller children. From this lounge the patio doors leads to the enclosed large garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. The garage has a washing machine and tumbler dryer and a games table for children. It is suitable for storage & drying of golf & sports equipment.

• Heating prices include up to 28 hrs per week in the summer up to 56 hrs per week in winter which should be adequate for normal usage. Any use of oil above this will be charged at 56p per litre. (Tank gauge read on arrival and when leaving)
