This sunny, family friendly home is an end terrace 3 storey townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac which is very popular in the summer months with families due to its location. It has front door parking and a fully enclosed south facing rear garden which gets the sun on the patio from early morning until the sun sets. This house is perfect for extended families holidaying together as there is plenty of space over the 3 floors.

Ground Floor: cloakroom, lounge, kitchen/dining

The ground floor consists of : Downstairs cloakroom with toilet.

Lounge with French doors leading to Dining/Kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, family fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and kitchen ware. The Dining table seats 6 but can accommodate extra seating. Sliding patio doors lead onto the back garden which has paved patio, tables and chairs and a charcoal b.b.q. Again there is plenty of space in the garden for children to play or pets to lounge.

1st Floor: Double ensuite, 1 double room, bathroom

The main bathroom is on the first floor which has a separate bath and electric shower. The main ensuite bedroom also has an electric shower which means everyone can have an instant hot shower.

2nd Floor: 1 double room, 2 single rooms

Kids love being on this floor away from parents!

How do damage deposits work?
