The complex is located near a quiet beach that links Miramar beach on one side and breathtaking view of the hillock that nestles the Raj Bhavan in Donapaula. This is an excellent property in goa.

Sea view, east facing, 2bhk, 1900sq ft entire floor, like a cottage on top of a complex on the main road, all the essentials available easily around. a sunrise view terrace along the enterane on the east, large split floor drawing cum dining room with sliding window thru out, slanted high roof like a cottage with 4 chandaliers, 2 fans & lots of lighting, 3+2 leather branded sofa set with center table, branded leather touch dining table for 6, exquisit swing, can be used as sofa, in the balcony, large fully loaded kichen with double sink, lots of utensils & crockery, four burner gas glass top, microvave grill, frize with freezer, exhast, fan & a wall unit, a bed room with 2 single beds & 2 wardrobes, comman bath, a master bed room with attached bath & a balcony, lastly a larger terrace partly coverd on the top & sliding windows, a garden swin, 2 water storage tanks & a large water heater.

A pair of cozy twin rooms set side by side, each with its own entrance. They are lovingly furnished with twin beds & antique double beds, wardrobes, master bedroom has en-suite bathroom & a balcony of it's own. Cable TV is installed to keep you informed and entertained.

The rooms share the same nicely furnished kichen, drawing, dining & double terraces adorned by lot's of beautiful lighting. They can be rented individually or together.
