Welcome to our tranquil 2-floor villa w. Attic, a haven of serenity and relaxation, nestled in a peaceful and safe area, where you can bask in the beauty of stunning sunset views each evening. This residence comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Each of its floors is graced with an A/C unit, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the weather. Immerse yourself in a total space of tranquility, perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature's spectacle.

Our spacious villa (125m2) is situated within a private residential complex, providing access to a shared swimming pool. Its prime location is just steps away from a crystal-clear beach, while numerous secluded bays are within a short driving distance, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and peace of mind.

Bedrooms:

Experience restful nights in any of our three luminous bedrooms. The attic houses a master ensuite with a king-sized bed and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sea views – perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets. The other two bedrooms, located on the upper floor, share a bathroom and boast balconies with garden and green landscape views. All rooms are fitted with wardrobes and insect nets for your comfort. A baby cot is available upon request.

Bathrooms:

The villa features two bathrooms and one WC. The main bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub, while the ensuite bathroom in the attic master bedroom offers privacy and convenience. An additional WC serves the lower floor.

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a kettle, toaster, espresso maker, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area, with its picturesque window views, is a delightful space for meals.

Living Room:

Merging seamlessly with the kitchen, the living room offers cozy sofas, a coffee table, TV, DVD, and CD player. During the colder months, gather around the fireplace for warmth and relaxation.

Outdoors:

Step outside to our large roofed terrace and well-kept garden, offering serene sea views and a spacious area for dining or lounging. The outdoor furniture, barbecue, and safe environment make it perfect for families. Enjoy the garden's tranquility and the area's overall quietness throughout the day.

Our villa is situated near the village of Posidi in Halkidiki, known for its tranquil landscape and laidback life. The beach promenade, just a couple of kilometers away, is lined with cafes, restaurants, and bars. Supermarkets and ATMs are readily available. Possidi is a beautiful village which lies 70 km south of Poligiros, the main town of Halkidiki. Set around a spectacular surrounding overlooking the old castle of Mende, Possidi is regarded a charming place that attracts many tourists during the summer.

How do damage deposits work?
