Perfect base to explore Brac and beyond. We offer a 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) with stunning sea views and large terrace/balcony. Air conditioning is provided. 7 min walk to beautiful beaches. 1 min walk to supermarket. 10 min walk to cafes, restaurants and harbour. Short ferry ride to Split. Perfect base for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. And it's sunny 300 days a year!

This spacious, modern apartment of 70m2 makes a luxurious base from which to enjoy the beauty of Croatia's coast. The balcony and picture windows, all afford fabulous views of the sea, the mountains and the spectacular sunsets. The apartment sit on the hillside above the historic fishing village of Postira on the island of Brac. We have another apartment in the same building which can be rented through this site (Luxurions Penthouse Apartment), if you're looking to accommodate two families in parallel.

One bedroom has a large, comfortable queen sized bed, the other two separate comfortable beds. The rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, and a mirror. Views from the stunning balcony look out across the sea to the mountains, while on the other side you can see the Postira harbour and the old town. The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, lighted mirror unit over the sink, wc and washing machine. The large kitchen area is exceptionally well equipped with a beautiful modern fitted kitchen, oven, hob, fridge with freezer and all the equipment you could need. The sitting room has a TV, DVD player, stereo equipment etc. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Wifi is available and included in the price. We will supply you with all other appliances you may need (iron, board etc).

The dining room opens onto the terrace. The most spectacular feature of this apartment is its large terrace that offers great home dining opportunities with an amazing view: it extend over 50 miles in each direction and the sunsets are magnificent - the view across the sea is to Omiš and Split on the mainland and the mountains behind.

The beach is a pleasant 7 min walk and has a small terraced café. The supermarket and bus stop just 1 min walk. There are many beautiful beaches within easy reach of the apartment. The nearest, Mala Lozna, is a gentle 7 min walk - a delightful beach with a pleasant terraced cafe and great swimming and snorkeling. There are four other lovely beaches in Postira itself, each with a cafe, and many more in each direction along the coast. There are plenty of secluded swimming spots too. And a pleasant 3 km walk through pine groves brings you to the famous sandy beach at Lovrecina. There's walking jogging and cycling along coastal paths and among the island's famous olive groves.

The local supermarket has everything you may need. There are a range of shops in Postira itself and more in the port of Supetar about 15 minutes by bus / car. There are a number of fabulous restaurants and cafes in Postira and nearby. Freshly caught local fish is a particular specialty, as are delicately seasoned meats cooked in a wood burning oven. The pizzas are also excellent! There are several ATMs in Postira itself, and banks in Supetar. Mobile coverage is excellent too.

The port of Split is an hour's ferry ride from Postira, and Split Airport is about 20 minutes bus ride from there. It's an easy journey by public transport with a bus meeting each flight and taking you direct to the port. A short bus or taxi ride then brings you to Postira. Cars and scooters can be hired at the airport, in Split or on the Island of Brac itself.

How do damage deposits work?
