Villa "Emidio", in Posto Vecchio - Marina di Salve (Lecce) just 200 meters from the sea, in the city center but in a quiet area, is part of a group of 4 adjacent terraced houses. Internally it consists of a double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 flat beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2, bathroom with shower. It also has a space in front, covered with shade and a back space with table and chairs and an outdoor shower, washing machine and air conditioning (5 beds, but for the additional 5 guests you pay separately). At about 100 meters is the center of the village, with all kinds of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, soccer fields and tennis courts, playground for children, dance floor. Just 400 meters away is the beautiful free sandy beach or equipped with the "Lido Venere" beach resorts and the "Maldives del Salento"; Moreover, in front of the house, there is the famous stretch of coast called "Le Sorgenti", where cold, sweet and spring water flows, in which the bathers go to immerse themselves in order to clean themselves off from the saltiness of the sea. The location of the house is excellent both because it has all the services within walking distance: pharmacy, first aid, food, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, equipped beaches, promenade, etc .; both because it is a few kilometers from SM di Leuca and a few kilometers from the state of Leuca-Gallipoli that allows in a few minutes to reach all the most beautiful seaside resorts of Salento. The house has a parking space. Moreover, as the house is located only 200 meters from the beach and in a quiet street with no exit, it is not necessary to use the car and the children are in a quiet and protected environment. Going down towards the sea, the seafront of Torre Vado intersects, bounded in respect to the coast by a hedge, where in the evening there are shows for children, there are food stands and rides for children and adults. The coast is sandy for tens of kilometers to the north: there is a free beach and one equipped with famous bathing establishments (the Maldives of Salento, the Cozza, Lido Venere, the Five Sails). To the south, however, and up to SM di Leuca which is 7 kilometers away, we have the low rocky coast that becomes a promontory high towards Leuca.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

    If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
