We have 3 cabinas that can accommodate 4 people. We are located 1.5 km from the first beaches of the Pacific. Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi. We can also advise you on outings to do around the house.

Buenas tardes Eduardo, encantada, supongo que es uno de los amigos de Aaron que es la persona a la que le alquilé las cabinas. Estoy muy sorprendida por su mensaje cuando no me diga ninguna queja durante su estadía. de hecho, vivimos en la propiedad por lo que hubiera sido muy fácil para usted venir y decirnos cuál puede ser un problema o solicitar un cambio de toallas, por ejemplo. En cuanto al aire acondicionado, no creemos que sea útil dejarlo encendido todo el día cuando no está en la habitación. Creemos que los pequeños esfuerzos de cada persona salvan el medio ambiente, pero cada uno tiene su propia forma de pensar sobre nuestro planeta. Aarón me pidió dejar el aire encendido y lo hicimos. En cuanto a la piscina, el motor de una piscina no funciona las 24 horas del día. hay ciclos de filtración de agua simplemente. Eso no molesta para usar la piscina. En cuanto a las visitas, lo mínimo es preguntar si es posible a los dueños y en qué condiciones. Les recuerdo que recibían a 6 muchachas durante un día sin informarnos y que simplemente les pedimos no exceder las 12 personas una vez que el grupo estuviera completo. Durante el fin de semana acogió a amigos y familiares, si no me equivoco. Además, quiero recordarte que el check in es a las 2 PM, que llegan a las 11am y que le permitieron esperar junto a la piscina a que acabáramos de limpiar las habitaciones. esta mañana, salieron de las habitaciones sin decirnos que hiciéramos el check out y ni siquiera despedirte. Lamento que tengamos que discutir un problema del que es personal de esta manera cuando ha pasado una semana al lado de mi casa y que podríamos hacerlo en frente. Saludos

Why can't I call Brigitte (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Brigitte (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brigitte (the owner) a message.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
