This terraced cottage is located near to Bude in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.• Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher

• Shared use of laundry room with 3 x washing machines and 2 x tumble dryers (on honesty box basis)

• Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi.

• Fuel and power inc. in rent

• Bed linen and towels inc. in rent

• Off road parking

• Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (open every day - times vary out of peak season)

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that this cottage did not meet expectations during your stay. I can see your complaint was dealt with at the time and that the cleaner did allow you to enter the property much earlier than the normal check in time so did claim she felt rushed and did not complete all her final checks. She apologised for this and offered to come back but this was refused. I am sorry you were not happy with the outcome of your complaint. We do monitor all feedback and this cottage has received very good feedback overall and no complaints since yours in 2018.
