El Cortijo de Arriba es un cortijo tradicional dentro del término municipal de Pozoblanco, en el centro de la Sierra Morena Cordobesa, en la comarca de Los Pedroches. Está ubicado dentro de olivares ecológicos, los más extensos de Europa.

A 50 kilómetros de córdoba, nuestro cortijo tiene la arquitectura tradicional de la región, muros gruesos, rejas de hierro forjado en las ventanas, techos y vigas de madera y el mobiliario también es de madera. La casa, de ambiente agradable y familiar, combina elementos tradicionales muy adecuadamente. El cortijo tiene una capacidad para seis personas. La zona es una de las pocas que quedan por conocer dentro de Andalucía.

Una interesante alternativa para tener una estancia en la naturaleza y cerca de Córdoba.

Nuestra vivienda rural tiene un gran salón con chimenea, cocina con barra americana y con todos los utensilios de cocina. Tiene tres habitaciones con encanto. Un gran cuarto de baño interior y otro aseo con ducha y WC exterior, cerca de la barbacoa.

Hay una gran terraza con mesa y sillas para cenar al aire libre. Nuestra hermosa piscina está vallada y en el interior contamos con un cenador y tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol.

Se puede practicar el senderismo con rutas señalizadas y se puede practicar la observación de la Naturaleza.

Cercanos se hayan pueblos serranos con mucho encanto.

Es recomendable su visita en cualquier época del año, el otoño por que los campos se vuelven verdes y se encienden las primeras chimeneas, el invierno por que es la época de la recogida de la aceituna, la primavera es interesante por que el campo se asemeja a un jardín con multitud de flores, el verano por el atractivo de la piscina o de la cercanía a Córdoba y al resto de Andalucía.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
