House 2 minutes walk from the beach and bars; Fully furnished house; 1 bedroom suite; 4 floors with 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and one per each floor - 3 bedrooms (1 suite + 2 ) - Three of the beds are double, and the other one is single. We also have an extra mattress for children up to 4 years old. - we do not live in the house and we rent the hole house - with terrace and garden, all private - private interior pool, not heated (max 20 ° C) - the kitchen has everything you need (cutlery, pans, dishes, etc etc) - there is no noise in the area as its a very peaceful neighborhood - bars and restaurants are on the beach front - to go to the beach it takes two minutes walk (75m) - usually is green flag and its perfect for surfing and kitesurfing - there are 2 mini markets (5 minutes walk) - in front of the house there is a tennis court - near by there is an Express network and bus zone - our garden has strawberries, green beans, tomatoes, onion, ... you can harvest them to eat - When guests arrive, the house is shown in its entirety by the owners. I provide all of my contacts for you to be able to contact me at any time of day / night - its the perfect place for big families

    Obrigada pelo Vosso comentário, pois é muito útil saber da necessidade de cada Família que passa férias na casa. A casa é grande, por isso, se calhar não se aperceberam do estendal com 30 metros de corda que fica no terraço das traseiras, onde a temperatura depois das 14 horas atinge elevadas temperaturas, no verão. Nesse terraço a roupa em 30 minutos fica seca. Até no inverno a roupa ai seca muito bem. O estendal que se encontra ao pé da máquina da roupa é só para roupa interior ou meias de seda de Senhora, porque essa não deve ficar no exterior, devido à privacidade e às elevadas temperaturas. Já tivemos uma máquina de lavar e secar, mas devido à falta de uso até a oferecemos a uma familia que tinha essa necessidade. Gostamos muito de os ter na nossa casa, de futuro são bem vindos. Espero que voltem.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catarina (the owner) a message.

    If Catarina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
