Stunning villa presented in immaculate order through out. Situated in a prime location close to Luz, Burgau beaches and restaurants. It is a very comfortable house in a quiet cul-de-sac with no construction in the area. Views to the coast and country and spectacular. There are beautiful coastal walks in either direction to both Luz and Burgau. The location and property make for an ideal villa holiday experience, and any one booking will not be dis-appointed. Silent AIRCON in all bedrooms. Pool can be ( heated) as an optional extra, and hot tub off master bedroom. FREE pool fence erected on request. FREE sat TV including Sky Sports, UK, French, German, Dutch and Swedish channels. Villa validated photography. This villa has been visited by the Holiday Lettings photographer. Cot and high chair available. Children’s kitchen and car available.

We are doing everything we can to make sure that you and your family, together with our maids and management team are safety protected during your stay with us. In that respect, please see our new procedure for guests staying at Casa Luar. Meet and Greet – the day after arrival Andy or Natasha our local agents will visit the property, and from a distance of 4 metres to welcome you. The purpose of the visit is a general introduction, and to explain how the TV works, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as the best beaches and restaurants etc. If you prefer not to have this visit, please let us know and we will not come.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew Burridge / (the owner) a message.

If Andrew Burridge / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
