Tastefully renovated modern stylish apartment ideal for two people. The fully equipped kitchen contains fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc.. You will also find a TV, an iron, a washing machine, hair dryer and a lot of other little items you might need for cooking or baking. Aircondition hot and cold is built in. The south facing balcony overlooks on one side (10%) the marina. The beach is 1/2 a mile away as well as all kind of shops, restaurants, bars and the whole infrastructure Praia da Rocha has to offer. Lovely walks can be done along the coast between Praia da Rocha and Alvor. All different kind of water sports are provided in the area. A security deposit is due at arrival and will be refunded at departure day- 50€ per person and for security key. It will be refunded at departure day. The Internet works with prepaid card. It needs topping up, 15 GB cost 15€.

Der Südbalkon macht einen teilweisen Blick auf den Jachthafen möglich. Der Strand, Bars und Restaurant, sowie alle Arten von Geschäften und die damit verbundene Infrastruktur von Praia da Rocha sind im Umkreis von 800m zu finden. Alle möglichen Wassersportmöglichkeiten werden angeboten. Die wunderschönen Küstenwanderungen zwischen Praia da Rocha und Alvor sind empfehlenswert. Es wird vor Ort eine Sicherheitsgebühr von 50€ je Person und für den Sicherheitsschlüssel fällig, die am Abreisetag rückerstattet wird. Das Internet funktioniert mit prepaid Karte und muss geladen werden. 15€ für 15 GB.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ron Bea (the owner) a message.

If Ron Bea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
