Ancient Palazzo Rocco - Holiday House, located in the center of Praiano - Amalfi Coast - Italy.

The palace Rocco, color pink, was built in 1820 by the Rocco family, Neapolitan nobles. close to Bourbon King Ferdinand of Naples, the kingdom of the two Sicilies.

The villa "Sunshining", completely renovated of which works were completed in Easter 2016 . The villa overlooks the beauties of the sea on the Amalfi coast and is the ideal place to spend a holiday in privacy and Relax. From the large and comfortable terrace of the house or from the balconies you can admire the beautiful "Saracen Tower" extending into the sea, the profile and the unmistakable characteristic promontory known as "Capo di Conca", which stands in the distance. The blue color of the sea framed by the magnificent scenery recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

The Villa 'Sun Shining in Love' is about 220 square meters, finely furnished in Baroque style, is on two floors. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, with colored domes, with balcony and sea view. The Royal Suite, the largest, has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and the turkish bath in the room. The villa can accommodate 8 persons in bedrooms + 2 persons in sofa bed in the suite. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom warm tones of lilac with a double bed, ,a large living room / dining room with domes, with satellite TV, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room with dryer and outside a large garden furnished with wicker sets, dining table, barbecue and a rare white bougainvillea to protect from the sun. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Palace Rocco has the three villas autonomous and independent, with separate entrances and placed inside the Palace Rocco. The three units of the Palace Rocco can be rented together and can accommodate 14 people + 6 persons in sofa bed, have 7 bathrooms, 3 lounges, 3 kitchens and three beautiful terraces. Is ideal for small weddings, parties and groups of friends.

    If Filomena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
