Prats es un pequeño pueblo rodeado de montañas y naturaleza donde el aire y el agua permanece en estado puro. Tranquilidad y calidad de vida al pié de la reserva natural de Prats de Molló. Bonita y confortable casa de pueblo situada en pleno centro de Prats de Molló (Pirineo oriental - Francia). Antiguo pueblo medieval fronterizo con España que cuenta con todos los servicios. A tan solo una hora de Perpignan y Gerona y dos horas de Barcelona. Las tres ciudades con aeropuerto propio.Situado al pie del macizo del Canigó y a menos de una hora de la costa del mar Mediterráneo, su altitud (730 m) y ubicación le conceden un clima único y saludableLa casa que está recién reformada cuenta con dos pisos con balcones a la plaza mayor. Dispone de tres habitaciones, gran salón estar con chimenea espectacular, cocina y dos baños. También dispone de TV, equipo de música estereo y WIFI.Prats de Molló es la base perfecta para múltiples excursiones a pie y en bicicleta a 7 km del Balneario de La Preste y con una enorme oferta de actividades de todo tipo: senderismo en el parque natural, golf, gastronomía, BTT, Parque de aventura , raquetas de nieve, Pistas de esquí a una hora, Piscina, Yoga, etc.Cabe destacar la intensa actividad organizada por la oficina de Turismo: Mercadillo semanal, Espectáculo medieval, La Fiestas del oso, Carnavales, Festival de Fanfarrias y un largo etc. de actividades lúdicas y culturales.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
