Executive condo Sea-view. View Talay VT3. In VT3 there are two blocks - each of 20 floors. In each block there is a small superette and an excellent Laundry. Laundry handed in before 10:00 will normally be ready that evening.

Nicky's apartment is on the 12th Floor of B block. It is delightfully quiet - and on the 12 floor level - is too high for mosquitoes.

One enters the sitting room - which runs the full length to sliding glass doors framing a very spacious terrace. The view is to the West and South and is a delight.

The Sitting Room is a good size and sports a large flat screen TV.

To the rear is a well equipped kitchen area.

NOTE: You don't need to bring anything with you - literally EVERYTHING is provided.

Master Bedroom. Large and airy - en suite with a shower. Leave the curtains open and delight in the stars - ten times brighter in a non- polluted atmosphere!! In the morning the sun brightens around 06:45 - and there - the view from your pillow - is the sparkling water of the Gulf of Thailand.

Again, sliding doors take you on to your terrace. (It is far too big to be called a mere balcony)

A table and chairs await your serving breakfast - perhaps some fresh FRESH pineapple and mango from the stalls below.

The small bedroom is perfect for a teenager - own bathroom with shower.

Each bedroom and the sitting room have air conditioning. However, with the terrace windows open the evening air is cool and velvety.

Security is excellent. A guard is outside the elevator 24/7 and the entrance to the whole property is restricted with a guard checking visitors.

The Pool Area.

VERY Big, very beautiful and well maintained and cared for. The pool is on the Beach Side of the property. On one side is the Restaurant - lovely food - Thai and International - and we give the staff, the Restaurant and the food an EXCELLENT stamp.

The BEACH is only a few steps from the Pool and you will be given a special pass key to come and go as you please.
