Comfortable, practical and functional ground floor house. Not suitable for those looking for modernities and luxuries, with porch and green area with barbecue and picnic area. Next to the pools, gym and sports center where you can practice multiple activities. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150 and the other with two beds of 90. TV room. Kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob and fridge, dining room, bathroom and ironing room and washing machine. Linens and towels. Crockery and cutlery. Near the beaches and 5 minutes from the Cantabrian highway. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.

Gracias. Tendremos en cuenta su opinión para seguir mejorando. Lo de las camas hechas en alcatraz es algo que no entiendo y respecto a la nevera que se estropeó en el transcurso del arrendamiento ya se ha sustituido por una nueva. Las sábanas para estancia inferior a una semana se deja siempre un juego pero si el inquilino necesita más solo tiene que pedirlas y se cambian sin problemas y el diferencial de corriente no pudo saltar porque los diferenciales no están dentro del apartamento que se les alquilo lo que tiene la vitro es termostato. Lamentó que durante su estancia no comunicara las incidencias al propietario sabiendo que estábamos a su disposición para cualquier cosa. Por lo demás no somos expertos en turismo gay y quizás Vd. Y sus amigos hicieron mal la elección si buscaban algo más moderno.

Gracias por su opinión. Estamos trabajando para solventar las cuestiones descritas. En cuanto a los demás problemas como la limpieza a fondo es algo muy subjetivo, ya que es una casa donde entra y sale gente el mismo día y con pocas horas de margen entre unos y otros. De hecho con Vds. quedamos a una hora determinada y se presentaron en la puerta antes de tiempo cuando aun se estaban realizando las tareas de limpieza como bien pudieron ver. La cocina es pequeña, si. Pero cumple su función para las tareas básicas ya que es una casa para gente que viene unos días al año, no esta pensada para las comodidades o espacio que pueda Vd. tener en su casa. En cuanto a la nevera y a las llaves, el propietario vive a escasos 100 metros y les dijo que estaba disponible para cualquier incidencia, cambio de nevera incluido si hubieran avisado. En cualquier alojamiento u hotel si el cliente deja las llaves por dentro o por fuera y no puede entrar, llama a recepción o al propietario que sin ningún problema vendrá a darles otra llave o a abrir la puerta sin necesidad de que según Vds. estén saltando por la ventana y dos veces por lo visto a falta de una. Sentimos que hayan estado tan a disgusto y que ni siquiera cuando los fui a despedir me comentaran nada de lo descrito y diciendo que había estado todo bien.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact José Ramón (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send José Ramón (the owner) a message.

If José Ramón (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
