Apartamento de planta baja en casa de pueblo en Agones, Pravia con trastero al frente para guardar moto, bicis, secar ropa, etc. Dispone también de patio trasero para dejar el vehículo, con barbacoa y zona cubierta con barbacoa portátil. Tal como se ve en las fotos. Al lado del polideportivo y las piscinas municipales a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y de las playas. Dos dormitorios, cama de 135, cama de 90, y sofá cama. Ropa de cama (sábanas y mantas) y toallas. Cocina con microondas, nevera, vitrocerámica, cafetera, lavadora, vajilla y cubiertos. Salón–Comedor y baño completo. Tendedero, aparcamiento, merendero y parrilla en la zona trasera. Precios según temporada. Alquiler mínimo en agosto, 1 semana. Descuentos para quincenas sobre precio inicial. Dispone de WIFI. No apto para quien busque otros lujos y modernidades de los que pueda disfrutar en su casa. No se admiten mascotas.

Gracias por su opinión. Estamos trabajando para solventar los problemas descritos. En un apartamento donde entra y sale gente el mismo día y con pocas horas de margen es imposible solventar cuestiones como la humedad que describe causado por un problema de ultima hora en la pared exterior.(Esto es Asturias, zona húmeda y rural en medio del campo). Las puertas se retiraron para hacer la estancia mas amplia y cómoda ya que que cocina y comedor están seguidos uno de otro. No pensamos que la falta de la puerta en el dormitorio pequeño fuese un inconveniente para un niño de 6 años que viene con sus padres. En cuanto a que la casa es vieja y ya lo había visto Vd. en las fotos no entendemos entonces porque vienen a este alojamiento si no le gustaba y no han escogido otro mas moderno que estuviese a su altura.

Gracias por su opinión favorable. No tenemos nada que reprochar sobre el comportamiento de esta familia que estuvieron correctos y amables en todo momento, pese a traer dos perros con ellos de lo cual nada se había hablado previamente y aun así no les pusimos ninguna pega. En cuanto a que no se deja nada de nada, pues si, hemos dejado un rollo de papel en el baño, una bolsa de basura en el contenedor de la cocina, jabón de manos, lavavajillas con su correspondiente estropajo bayeta, y rodillos de cocina, las correspondientes toallas de mano y de ducha y las correspondientes ropas de cama para una estancia inferior a una semana. Ademas de los útiles de cocina imprescindibles, dos ollas dos satenes, así como vajilla y cubiertos. Por lo demás entendemos que lo que gasten los inquilinos dentro de la casa ya corre por cu cuenta. Un saludo.

Casa bien, llenas de arañas tras los muebles. Lo primero que tuve que hacer fue fumigar y abandonar varias horas la vivienda. El sofá cama del salón para tirarlo. Saludos.

Lamentable mente es su palabra contra la mía. Vds. Dieron el visto bueno a todo cuando se les enseño el apartamento, sofá cama incluido. Y cuando les pregunte como habían pasado su estancia aquí, me dijeron que muy bien todo. En fin... Vds solos se retratan.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If José Ramón (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
