Enjoy nature at its finest at this secluded, private location with golfing, restaurants and a grocery store in close proximity. The rustic, clean west side cottage sits 100 feet from the lake. Enjoy a lakeside panoramic view of the Selkirk Mountains from the dock and fire pit. The 500 sq ft cabin and 400 sq. ft. deck is a great summer get-a-way for a couple or small family. The large deck expands the interior living space.

Accommodations: Sleeps six (queen bed with pillow top mattress in the bedroom and double futon and bunk beds in the living room). All beds have waterproof mattress pads to protect the mattress plus a cloth mattress pad on the top. New pillows with pillow protectors and sheets purchased this summer season.

Indoor amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, water purifier (in kitchen only), stack-able full-size washer/dryer (bathroom), wood stove, water heater and central vac. Water to the cabin comes from the lake. Some people use the water filter in kitchen, others bring bottled water. Premium bedding and towels provided. The cabin is very clean.

Large bathroom includes a shower. Shower includes Kirkland Body Lotion, Body Wash, Kirkland Shampoo and Kirkland Conditioner.

Outdoor amenities include 400 sq. ft. deck with picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, clothesline and gas barbecue.

Lakeside: new dock, chairs, beach, fire pit and beach picnic table.

Weekends available in the fall as well as any combination of days. Check in at 5 pm if a previous renter is checking out the same day. If not, there is flexibility for earlier check in. Check out 12 noon depending upon the number of individuals. Housekeeping fee includes cleaning the cabin and hauling out the garbage.

Hiking trails throughout the area and boat rental available from near by resorts. A boat trailer on beach is available to tie up boat (up to 20 ft). A convenient location on the lake, visitors are only 2.5 - 5 miles from a grocery store, a gas station, restaurant and a golf course. A drive to Sandpoint, Idaho is an hour drive.

Perfect location to blend outdoor fun, a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy nature at its finest. NOTED OWNER FEE IS CLEANING FEE FOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.

Please be respectful of the cabin, wildlife & surrounding area. Cabin owners/guests must abide by the same national forest rules (forwarded along with liability release after reservation placed). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Leisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
