Stella Maris, a spacious and nice open space ideal for up to 5 people. It is composed of a sleeping area with a double and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, a desk and a bathroom with a shower. An external staircase communicates with a beautiful garden with veranda and table for outdoor dining, comfortable deckchairs for relaxing and an outdoor shower to cool off. A respectable holiday. The price per week is for 2 people. Each additional person, maximum 3, will have an additional cost of € 10 per day excluding children up to 2 years. Our property, with its 4 apartments, is located about 100 meters from the village of Procchio and 200 from the homonymous gulf that offers a beach of clear sand and crystal clear sea. The Procchio beach with its 1000 meters of extension is one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the island of Elba and is divided into three localities: Procchio, Campo all'Aia and la Guardiola. A wooden walkway that extends along the north-east side of the gulf connects the three localities and makes it pleasant to access the sea both by day, to reach the beach, and at night for romantic walks or to reach the various restaurants and bar. The gulf, characterized by a shallow backdrop that stretches for several meters from the beach, is ideal and safe for children. On both sides of the beach the rocks complete the Gulf. It is a charming place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. Thanks to the central location of Procchio from our apartments you can easily and quickly reach most of the places of historical and landscape interest of the island. Procchio offers the most important services: bank, pharmacy, medical center, post office, grocery, supermarket, bars, restaurants, newspapers, tobacconists, bathing establishments, bicycle rental, motorcycles and cars etc. In the "Salotto di Procchio" covered square, musical and cultural events are often organized in the evening. A few dozen meters from the covered square is the equipped park, both for children and for the larger ones where various activities are carried out, including gastronomic parties. Final cleaning: € 85 The kitchenette must be left tidy and clean as found on arrival. Air conditioning: + € 30 per week Heating: + € 30 per week. Linen not included in the price. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Stefano-Paola (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano-Paola (the owner) a message.

If Stefano-Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
