At 300 meters from the beaches and the city center, in new residence (July 2014), studio T1 air-conditioned 48 m2 including 9 m2 terrace, on the 1st floor elevated (equivalent 2nd floor) with superb sea views and mountain golf Valinco . All comfort with luxury services with decoration of good taste, warm and welcoming, equipped by the owner who resides there punctually. Main room 25 m² with large leather sofa bed of 190 x 160 cm. 4 m² with bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave grill oven, toaster, induction hob Flex (flexible cooking zone ideal for plancha provided), coffee machine TASSIMO. Living room: Big screen connected TV, stereo radio with CD player and ipod connector. Bathroom 5,90 m²: large walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer. Balcony lounge. Free outdoor parking space for visitors in the residence. Rules of the house: Do not lose the key to the apartment (100 € deposit). Arrival to predict around 16h and departure before 10h. The expenses of spared are of 50 € in addition. You can have on request a package "tranquility" including per person: - 1 set of sheets (with pillowcase) - 1 set of towels (2 towels and accessories) So you avoid to charge for your trip of things available in the apartment. You arrive in a haven of peace and comfort perfectly clean and you leave without constraints. The kitchen towels and downhill shower are provided A book awaits you on site activities and excursions to do. At your disposal for advice (diving, boat, mountain, visits, village festivals, good restaurants, shops and local products, etc ...) An internet blog gives you lots of information. To consume without moderation!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
