Sitting on the West Coast of Barbados with dramatic views over the ocean and private steps down to the beach, Noah’s Ark is a luxurious home designed around the ocean views. Relax, swim, sunbathe, watch turtles swim past and catamarans sail by. Enjoy cocktails on the roof terrace and BBQ's on the balcony. Wake up to the ocean lapping on the beach and the birds singing. You won't want to leave!

A spectacular 4 bedroom residence over 3 floors, Noah's Ark has its own private steps directly onto the beach and into the sea. There are 3 balconies, a terrace at beach level and an impressive sun and cocktail terrace at roof level. The ocean views are truly stunning!

All four spacious bedrooms have their own private en-suites. Both master suites have balconies with spectacular views of the Beach & Caribbean Sea. You can even shower whilst overlooking the ocean!

The dramatic open plan living space comprises a fully fitted, modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area seating 8, luxurious sofas, large wall-mounted TV, patio windows opening up onto the balcony with large gas BBQ and comfortable chairs - all with stunning views over the Caribbean Sea.

The house may not be suitable for children under 12 years due to balconies and stairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James/Ruth (the owner) a message.

If James/Ruth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
