This villa is located in a private gated complex on an exclusive development in Pernera.  The complex is accessed by a barrier key fob and sits in a prime position, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants.  Located on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa has gated off-road parking.  The garden and pool area is fenced off from the open patios to the front of the property.  The villa compliments the other three properties that we have on the same complex, making it perfect for a number of groups holidaying together (please also view villas 028, 173 and apartment 175).

This property will amaze you with its splendor as it is furnished superbly throughout with a wonderful mixture of up to the minute furnishings and colorful decorations.  Relax in the cool air conditioning on one of the two comfortable settees, enjoy watching the satellite channels on the flat screen TV, and rest your drink on the black coffee table or matching side table.  A trendy black and white stripy lamp provides mood lighting. The deep purple color theme, decorative vases and flowers add a true touch of class. A patio door with blinds leads to the front patio of the property.

The dining area boasts a classy black dining table and six leather style chairs to enjoy your family meals together.  A decorative lowered light over the table, adds to the propertys style, as does the funky clock.  Further patio doors with a blind lead to the stunning pool and rear patios.

The ground floor also has a convenient w/c, a useful vanity mirror and a storage shelf over the hand basin.  

Prepare your meals or drinks in the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. Enjoy watching the children splashing in the sparkling pool through the large window, with blind, above the sink.

Step out onto the private patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining, a large glass table and chairs are provided.  The parasol is there for shade if required.  Enjoy soaking up the glorious Cypriot sunshine on the sunbeds provided, through the long, hot summer days. The children can entertain themselves with the table tennis.  Large decorative pots and palm plants add to the tropical holiday feel. An outdoor shower and a BBQ complete your outdoor facilities.

 

Stairs complete with handrail lead to the propertys 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a large family bathroom with shower over bath, a vanity mirror complete with shaving socket and handy under sink storage for your toiletries.

 

All three bedrooms have matching furniture of bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes, windows with blinds, full-length mirrors and air conditioning.   

 

The master double bedroom benefits from patio doors to the front of the property, which lead onto a private balcony.  There is also an ensuite shower room with window.

 

The twin bedroom has a wall mounted TV  to keep the children entertained.

 

The stairs continue to the 2nd floor of the property where the roof top terrace is equipped with an incredibly cozy lounge, consisting of a rattan table and chairs and is the perfect place to unwind with your glass of wine or ice cooled beer.  

 

This villa is a perfect slice of paradise and the ultimate choice for a refreshing summer holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
