The Green Bay 2 bedroom beach villa is ideally located 300m away from two of the most fantastic beaches, the Green Bay and the Cavo Maris beach. It is decorated with modern minimal style and includes all the luxuries you would need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday! The location is very quiet and peaceful and has easy access to all amenities such as local markets and excellent traditional restaurants. The bus stop is only 100m away and the bus runs every half an hour.

The renovated ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, TV and the guest toilet. Patio doors open out to the spacious yard, fully furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, a comfortable outdoor rattan set and the barbeque.
The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms and a balcony with fantastic sea view, as well as the main bathroom and toilet.
The villa is fully fitted with airconditioning.

Ideal holidays for families and couples with many things in the surrounding area to explore.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Stalo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
