It is the perfect place for families or a group of friends looking for memorable moments on a private & quiet road only a short walk from local beaches & resorts.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate 8 (additionally 2 x travel cots allow for infants).

The villa is a short walk from the main resorts of Protaras/Pernera and walking distance from idyllic bays and golden sandy beaches.

The exclusive and private development consisting of only 9 luxury villas sits on a private and quiet road, perfect for families and only a short walk from the beach.

Recently fully refurbished the villa offers luxury facilities & amenities, including, walk in shower rooms to master-bed room (en-suite), upstairs family bath and downstairs bathroom & WC, pool & pool veranda area, pergola area and an upgraded fully equipped kitchen.

The villa sleeps upto 9 and benefits from Sea views with private verandas to two of the bedrooms and an open plan ground floor area.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which can be configured as twins or large doubles and a 4th bedroom downstairs, which can also be offered as a twin or large double.

The Villa is child friendly and also offers cots and high chairs for families that may require these items.

The property offers stunning views of the sea, whilst still being close to beautiful historic towns of Paralimni and Protoras and the famous resort of Fig Tree Bay as well as the resorts of Pernera, and Ayia Napa.

The Villa is only a short distance from the town of Paralimni and surrounded by numerous beaches, private bays and coves all within walking distance.

The main international airport, at Larnaca is 45 min drive away and the capital Nicosia, only an hours drive.

From the villa, you can admire majestic sea views and breathe the fresh, sea-scented air.

While the villa is not located in the center of the tourist resorts, a 10 min walk will take you into the heart of Pernera with the main tourist area of Protoras and Ayia Napa only 10 and 20 minutes drive away respectively.
