This villa is the perfect place for those who are seeking the quintessential beach experience.  The property reveals a highly appealing laid-back atmosphere with an interior decorative flair that captures the essence of grand luxury. Each room will pamper you with open space and the finest fixtures available. It is equally impressive outside with a comfortable lounge area offering magnificent coastal views. The villa is nestled right in the heart of Protaras putting you in direct contact with the wonderful restaurants, boutiques and attractions available. This villa truly rises to the level of luxury and uniqueness.

As you open the front door you will agree that this villa is one of the most modern, up to date properties in our portfolio with modern white decoration and a selection of top quality furnishings. The large fully equipped designer white kitchen with separate utility room has everything you require to prepare any meal or snack.

 

The open plan living adds to the already ample living space and the patio doors that run the whole width of the property offer stunning views of the pool area.  Comfortable sofas are positioned around the large flat screen TV. A wood effect wall adds a lovely feature to the white décor. 

 

The dining area boasts a very large granite dining table with chairs and seating bench. Further patio doors lead to the fabulous outdoor seating and pool area.

 

The spacious garden and pool area is fully fenced and gated, stoned borders with lush green palms and fragrant lavender surround the property. There is a gated shaded parking space to the side of the property. Enjoy dining al fresco and admire the cascading sounds of the stunning overflow mosaic tiled pool.

 

The villa sleeps 8 adults and 2 children.  Each bedroom has fitted mirrored wardrobes and an en suite shower room which has designer fixtures and fittings including shave sockets and vanity mirrors adding to the quality and luxury of this spectacular property.  

 

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor.  It is a spacious double bedroom with wooden floor. Dressing table and lamp are also provided. Patio doors with black out curtains lead to the side patio.

 

Take the stairs, with handrail, down to the basement floor where there is a large bedroom (again with wooden feature wall) which has two sets of bunk beds and ensuite shower room.  The sky light and the glass door, leading to a patio area, add extra light to the spacious room. There is also a separate storage room with washing machine.  On this floor there is also a twin bedroom.

 

Climbing back up the stairs to the 1st floor, you are greeted by glass doors which open out onto a very large balcony, with sun beds, which overlooks the pool area and has simply breathtaking sea views.

 

Two spacious bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, both of which have patio doors (with curtains) leading onto the balcony, with again those fabulous sea views. Both have wooden floors and bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.

 

A pure slice of paradise, which you will not want to leave.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
