This beautiful, luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just a 5 minute walk to Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

This is a beautiful, modern, 3 storey, 4 bedroom villa which has all the facilities and appliances that you would expect to find in a luxury 5 star accommodation.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area that seats 8. The living room has leather sofas, widescreen TV, satellite and internet. There is also a sound system and Ipod/Iphone docking station. The kitchen has all modern day appliances that you would need including a dishwasher and all cooking utensils and cutlery.

You will also find a WC on the ground floor.

At the basement of the house, you will find one of the double bedrooms, which, in effect, is an actual studio apartment as there is a bed, living area, kitchen and bathroom. You will find a double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The seating area includes a small leather sofa, widescreen TV, DVD, internet and Ipod/Iphone docking station. The kitchen has all modern day appliances including an extra washing machine and tumble dryer and the bathroom has a luxury Jacuzzi shower unit and WC

On the first floor you will find three of the bedrooms and the main family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The master bedroom leads out onto a balcony overlooking the garden.There is also an en suite bathroom with the Jacuzzi shower unit and WC.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and beside cabinets and a door leading out to the balcony.

The third bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

The main bathroom has another Jacuzzi shower unit and WC.

Outside in the large garden you will find a barbecue, worktop with plenty of cupboard space, table and chairs to seat 6, sun loungers, outside shower, large private pool and a Jacuzzi.

Overall, this is an exquisite, luxurious 4 bedroom villa that is ideal for large families or groups to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Close enough to the centre to enjoy nights out, yet far enough away to be able to relax and enjoy the peace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
