'Villa Cleo' is a lovely two bedroomed villa on the 'Orestiada Home Valley' development with WIFI which sleeps up to 6 people.

The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings.

The villa is very spacious and homely and suitable for families or two couples.

In the sitting room there is a flat screen satellite television, DVD player and a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. The large sofa converts into a bed sleeping a further 2 people.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Bedrooms have views over the pool and communal gardens.

There is outdoor table tennis with bats/balls.

The pool has a shallow and deep end, with floats and inflatables, ideal for kids or adults.

There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan and an outside dining table and chairs on the patio for serving up food off the BBQ! Patio doors lead out from the kitchen and sitting room onto the comfy seating area overlooking the pool.

Ideal for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday but still close to the beaches and a short walk away to the bars and restaurants. Plus, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a short bus journey away so ideal for more lively nights out.....

Villa location: From the centre of Pernera town, having Knights Pub on your left and Windmills Hotel on your right, head up the road, passing the Chinese on your right. Carry on up the road, passing the turning on your right for the Golden Coast Beach and Harbour. Orestiada Home Valley is the next turning on your right.

*To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit and completed booking form is required. Your dates will be booked out and payment receipt will be given. The balance is due 8 weeks before your stay along with a refundable security/damage deposit of £200.00. The security deposit is returned to you (normally within 3 days) once the villa has been checked on your departure.

*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 55 euros each way.

*Optional 'meet and greet' service (if time of arrival is before/after working hours then a meeting will be arranged at a convenient time to both parties).

*Arrival time is normally after 4pm and departure time is by 11am, however, we will try and accommodate guests wherever possible.

*No charge for WIFI connection.

* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.

* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.

*All electricity, WIFI and air conditioning is included in the price.

*Folder provided giving you all the information you need during your stay e.g, maps, useful telephone numbers, places of interest and recommended restaurants etc...

*For your health & safety: smoke alarms, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and full instructions for use.

Please note swimming and using a swimming pool has its inherent risks. Renting a private villa with a pool means there will be no lifeguard present and as such you would be fully responsible for your, or your children’s behaviour. Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Lovely spacious villa in a nice peaceful estate on the edge of Pernera. Jo and the maintenance team were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival for our 2 week stay we found the villa very clean, tidy and well equiped for a relaxing holiday, exactly as discribed on the Holiday Lettings website. We would consider renting it again.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
