Lovely, spacious, detached villa with beautiful sea views and a private pool . Free internet .There is also a gated play area which is great for young children and outdoor table tennis enjoyable for all ages. As well as this there is a delightful outdoor BBQ and dining area with a pergola to enjoy some food after those long days in the sun.

Mandarin Villa is furnished to a very high standard with beautiful furniture made of Japanese Elm. We maintain this Villa at a very high level and have many very positive reviews since letting the or home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to fully enjoy a self catered holiday. There's even a dish-washer so nobody has to wash those dirty dishes after a lovely dinner!

The villa comprises of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The large sofa can also be used as a large double bed. The sitting room also has a double wardrobe providing plenty of extra storage for larger groups. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, has 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds and one twin single beds) along with the main family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a balcony with lovely views of the sea and sunrise in the morning. The twin single bedroom also has good views of the sea and sun rise.

For entertainment indoors there is a Nintendo Wii, iPod dock, DVD player and lots of great films, books and board games.

The nearest beach is only a short stroll (700m) away next to marina and fishing harbour. There is also a very well stocked supermarket on the way for anyone needing last minute essentials! The beach has calm, warm, crystal clear water and is protected by a cove making it a safe place for the kids to swim and play. They will love the small fishes swimming around their feet. The Marina provides a coffee shop, water sports and boat trips which are available during the holiday period.

This villa is in the perfect location with easy access to the more relaxed area Pernera which has many good restaurants, shops and entertainment - (only 10 min' walk) and the livelier are of Protaras, (35 minute walk or local bus which run frequently). There is a lovely costal board walk, which goes all the way to Protaras from Pernera . The walk way is well lit at night and is wheelchair friendly. Along the way there are a number resting areas and restaurants/ bars.

The popular area of Ayia Nappa can also be easily visited, with regular bus services leaving just down the road from the villa.

Within the Villa complex is a communal play area and a lovely garden only a 2 min walk behind the villa, enjoyable for both adults and children. On the far left side of the complex as you face the sea, there is a children's play area with swings etc this is about a 7 min walk.

If a cancellation is requested more than 60 days in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit of 25%, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the 60 days prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).

We don’t accept booking from single gender group and under 25 years of age. If during the visit you have any difficulties the management company are contactable. We are also at hand in the uk if you require any help. There is a folder in the villa with helpful numbers i.e. doctors so on and places to visit Also there is currently a meet and greet which normally takes place the following morning where you can ask any questions regarding the villa and the area.

No feeding cats at the villa, some guest have cat allergy.
No glass outside specially the pool area. Plastic dishes, glasses, cups ok
Note if glass breaks in the pool, this is very difficult to see and is a risk of injury to children and adults. Consequently the pool would need to be emptied, which would take 3 days or more. doors and windows must be locked when leaving the house.
We only allow limit of two guest visiting during book.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chandresh and Rashmita (the owner) a message.

If Chandresh and Rashmita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
