Villa Helena has an ideal location set in the exclusive Mimosa Villas development which lies between Fireman's beach on one side and the centre of Kapparis village on the other. It offers a haven of tranquillity and privacy, while being just a short walk from white sandy beaches, tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. Hence there is no need to hire a car as everything is close at hand. Free full Wi-Fi and internet in the villa.

Villa Helena has a beautiful private pool and patio area in an ideal location which offers a haven of tranquility whilst being close to white sandy beaches in front, with tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities 300 metres behind. It has a high fence and lockable gate surrounding the pool area for security and privacy. There is no through traffic as it is located in the exclusive Mimosa Villas which is a cul-de-sac development. It is a very private, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 WC) villa in its own gated grounds with swimming pool and has been equipped to the high standard expected of a modern villa. It has a large en suite double bedroom, with king size bed. The twin bedded room can become a double bed room on request at no extra charge. The villa can sleep 6 as it has a fully sprung double sofa bed downstairs. It has 2 bathrooms plus an additional downstairs WC/cloakroom. All children's kit provided.

There is a pergola and fences around the front patio, making a very private and secluded outdoor living space. There is an outdoor coffee table and chairs to match, enabling you to relax in all the available space of the villa at night and during the day. We have also had the pool completely tiled in glass mosaic, with an LED colour changing underwater pool light.

Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.

You are allowed 25kWh/day free. This is about €12.5 euro/day.

For a week its 175kWh/week free. This is €87.5euro/week.

Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.

The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.

I will calculate any extra and make a charge from your deposit, sending you the photographs.

There is a Keysafe from which you can retrieve the keys. It will have your own unique 4-digit code programmed in. The owner is always just a phone call away, or you can text and email. I will not be at the villa, but our manager mobile number will be in the information pack and final details attachments which will be sent to your email address directly. The manager mobile number is also in the paper copy of the Information Pack, which is in the villa.

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
