Description

Armonia Exclusive Resort Apartments are located in the popular village of Kapparis, close to the Bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beaches. The complex is 5 minutes from the family resort of Protaras and 5 minutes from the town of Paralimni.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The bedroom has 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom and double doors which open on the veranda and private garden area. The living area is well furnished with a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, TV and Satellite equipment, Games console, dining table and chairs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and features an Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

“Value for money”

Thiss was our second visit to this apartment. which is on a nice quiet complex, Thou needed a car to get about and the beaches near were excellent. Took advantage of linen change mid stay of a fortnight which cost 20 euro's. Couple of issues on arrival but these were sorted very quickly. Restaurants near by so are the supermarkets. The stray cats were a bit of a problem as they had been using the stoned garden area as a toilet but we soon got this cleared up. But in general the whole island has the cat problem. The pool on site was good to cool down in after a spell, in the sun. There us a gym on site but we did not make use of this (being lazy) The apartment was clean and tidy had everytyhing you needed, but a few cleaning products and cloths would be an idea for the future as we needed to go to the supermarket to obtain items to wash the dishes etc, Would recommend a vist and we would go again.

I have been going to Cyprus for almost 7 years now and this is the best place we have stayed in . It's 5 star complex . The apartment is very beautiful very clean and beautifully furnished . The swimming pool is big with very beautiful garden surrounding . The owner is very helpful . All in all when we return to Cyprus this apartment is the one we will return to recommend 100 percent . Thank you

We love Cyprus and visit every year . This clean appt had everything we needed. I would say hire a car to get around to the gorgeous beaches . There are excellent local taverns in the area. Ideally situated for a quiet break. Best perhaps for people familiar with the area. Looking for our own place in the sun now. The owner was very helpful and was kind enough to call us before we left to wish us a great holiday. Would certainly recommend.

“Magnificent apartment but get a hire car!”

The apartment itself is very well presented and was immaculate upon my arrival. Emmanuel (the owner) was extremely helpful in helping me find my way around by calling me from the UK. The people that look after the place in Cyprus are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. If you're going to Cyprus as a tourist though, it is pretty far from any of the areas you'd be interested in getting to, that's my only draw back on the place and bus links aren't very good but if you have a hire car you'll be fine.

“Nice Holiday”

I stayed in this apartment in August last year with my teenage sons. The apartment is very cute with all amentities requried for us to enjoy our stay. Kitchen applicances, utensils and so forth. The room was a decent size and the living area was big enough to snugly fit us all in. The Resort has two swimming pools. We went beginning of August and there were not many residents during the first week, which allowed us time to adapt to the area and its facilities. The gym is very basic, but we used it every day and relaxed by the pool. The area in which the resort is., is maybe a half hour walk from the nearest shops. We hired a car and drove to the supermarkets, Ayia Napa, Nicosia and Toudous Mountains, allowing us to break up the two week holiday. Not far from the resort is Protaras - where you can purchase souvenirs, go to the beach, dine out or just chill. The boys loved Protaras. If you looking to stay somewhere not full of tourists, then this is an ideal place, but would suggest a car to get you round and especially the big food shopping trips. Wi-fi is not easily available, but is obtainable in restaurants and bars once you have ordered something to eat or drink. No wi-fi available in the apartment - dont know if that is a good or bad thing. For me ok, for the kids - well they learnt to do without :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Emmanuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
