From the owner

What you are actually booking is a bedroom in a two floors modern, sunny and airy all sites summer villa and not the whole house exclusively. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 occupied by owners and 1 available to guests. So you will be sharing the villa with the owners. Guests have access to and share all areas of the house except from the other bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, a Kitchen, as well as a sitting room and a very large open patio, half of it covered by a wooden pergola and half of it open air. Ideal for enjoying morning breakfast, BBQ, or summer nights! The guests room also has a roof fan and optionally an air condition. If you are there in May /June the birds will give you a gentle singing concert :) If you like cats you will be pleased to see our shy but beautiful and very well behaved cat (in the photo).

The villa is located in a key spot of Protaras. Two popular beaches with necessary amenities are within short walking distance. More stunningly beautiful beaches are 5-15 minutes away by car/bus/bicycle. Also in short reach are coffee shops, bars, supermarket, restaurants, fast food, sea food, and souvlaki eat. Bus stop is in a couple of hundred meters. You can go by bus to the centre of Protaras where all the nightlife and holiday glamour takes place in 5-10 minutes by bus. You can also go by same bus to Ayia Napa in 15 minutes. Ayia Napa is a big resort with loads going on day and night throughout the summer. There are shops with everything from souvenirs and beach wear to jewellery and designer label fashion. You can bungee jump, ride the slingshot, ride a bucking bronco or scuba dive. If you are a clubbing fan you can go to a beach party, a pool party, a foam party, on a boat trip or a bar crawl. There are hairdressers, tattooists’, beauticians and gyms, as well as dance classes and fitness instructors.

- Hosts are hospitable and friendly and will be willing to help you out during your stay. It is important for us to understand what you expect during your stay. So if you have any special requirements or you need some clarifications please ask before booking.

- From your site you are expected to be civilized, polite and respect the rules, the space, and the people who stay there.

- Do not invite nonpaying guests.

- Eating and drinking only in the Kitchen area or patios. Please clean the area and dishes you have used before leaving the area.

- Do not enter other bedrooms and bathrooms other than the one assigned to you.

- For everyone's hygiene we leave shoes at the front door and walk in the house in sleepers (that are not used outside).

- Indoors is strictly nonsmoking.

- Standard Check In is from 14:00-22:00, and Check Out by 12:00. If situations allow an exception can be arranged. Please let me know in advance your check in and check out times.

- Guests can interact with the hosts if they so wish and feel like home.

- Parking is available and is free.

How do damage deposits work?
