Villa Olivia provides 5-star accommodation with private pool. All the fixtures and fittings have been upgraded, so it not only provides you with a luxurious holiday home - it's the perfect home-from-home.

Privately owned, it is equipped and furnished to a very high standard. 42” satellite t.v, showing Emglish t.v. There is also a selection of DVDs and board games available, if want a night at home enjoying your villa. The villa also has WiFi. Beautiful accommodation in a fabulous location!

A £300 deposit is required for a 2 week booking and £200 for a 1 week booking. This is payable at the time of booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date) with the balance payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.In addition, a refundable breakages/damages deposit of £200 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departures, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.Only guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified before the commencement of the holiday.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this fully detached villa provides a quiet location for your holiday. Firemans Beach and the local shops, restaurants and bars of Kapparis Village, are just 5 minutes away. The stunning master bedroom, has a king-size leather bed, large balcony, bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom provides two single beds and en-suite shower room. A king size areobed is also available, providing additional sleeping for 2 people. The open-plan lounge/diner boats 42” t.v, and dvd player, Top quality leather suite for your comfort, and dining for 6 people. Fully integrated luxury Italian kitchen with marble worktops and splash-back. There is also a downstairs toilet. Large patio doors open up leading to an outside seating area, with good quality lounge furniture. This has a covered pergola and makes a great place to relax in.Enjoy your morning tea on the upper balcony - complete with bistro table - and then take a dip in your private pool!A Welcome book is available providing local information on shops, bars and restaurants, to help familiarise yourself with the area. The villa also has WiFi.

Villa Olivia has a fence all around the perimeter, and thus provides all the privacy and security you could want. The unique corner pool has steps and handrail, for easy access. The pool is a salt water pool, so kinder to your skin. The landscaped garden has built-in up-lights, and the covered pergola offers a great place to have a pre-dinner drink. There is a tiled bar-b-que, which is located near the kitchen for convenience, if you want to spend the evening at home, or have a lunch by the pool. The right side of the house (as you look at it) has the sun all day long, and there is also an umbrella to give some shade while sun-bathing. The left side of the house provides shade for dining, and the pergola area is a great place to relax and read a book or enjoy a pre-dinner drink. This area extends out from the lounge of the house, and creates a perfect space. The outside has many different aspects, and you will find the perfect place you like to relax in. The locking gates provide all the security you want. Great if you have small children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
