Sophia Apartment is located in a good position in Kapparis, just a few minutes stroll into the centre with all the bars, restaurants and shops.
There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from, with skysports and entertainment. Kapparis is open all year round which also makes it an ideal holiday location for winter holidays.
This stunning 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment located in the exclusive Kyklades 5 star holiday complex - situated on the ground floor with own parking space and disabled access. Complex comprises of 2 pools and 1 children's pool, pool snack bar (seasonal) tennis courts, children's park and free sun beds. Large gym facilities with free passes, also on site spa, games room, internet cafe (local rates apply).
The luxury kitchen has granite work tops, cooker, hob,extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle,toaster, sandwich maker, microwave.
The large open plan living room has an android box and WIFI included for your entertainment and comes with 2 large comfy sofas and dining area. Patio doors lead to a large outdoor area which is secure.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed and patio doors which again, lead out onto the large outdoor area. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds in each. A travel cot can be provided if required - please ask for more information.
There is a family bathroom with shower and a walk in shower room.
All of the rooms are beautifully furnished to a high spec. There is aircon throughout.
*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the apartment from 50 euros each way.
*Optional 'meet and greet' service (if time of arrival is before/after working hours then a meeting will be arranged at a convenient time to both parties).
* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.
* The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure.
*All electricity and air conditioning included in the price.
*We will provide you with all the information you need during your stay e.g, maps, useful telephone numbers, places of interest and recommended restaurants etc...

* To book your holiday, a £100 per week non refundable booking deposit will be requested.
* The apartment balance payment would then be due 8 weeks before your holiday along with a £150 refundable security/damage deposit. The £150 is returned to you within 3 days after your holiday, once the apartment has been checked and all is ok. Please note, we do not charge for unavoidable items such as glasses, cups etc.
* All payments will be confirmed via email or by post. We can accept payments in sterling or euros via bank transfer, cheque or Paypal if you wish to use a debit or credit card.

Apartment Sophia was a lovely spacious apartment with excellent amenities. Pool was nice but got crowded when children took over with their lilos and floats etc, this shudn't be allowed to happen. There was a excellent snack bar which is independently run by a lovely couple. There could be more sunbeds around the pool, as a lot of guests leave towels and don't appear all day. Could of done with 2 keys to the apartment, but understand why there isn't as people leave the air conditioning on while they are out at the beach,, but was a pain at time as we all had to come home together at the same time, as there would have been no electric. Kapparis itself was fairly quiet compared to Pernera was glad we hired a car the first week, as we would have been bored as most bars don't stay open very late. There is a bus service to Pernera and Protaras but you have to walk down past the bakery to the bus stop. Nearest beach is about 10 mins away but always croweded, so we walked 25 mins to Scouts beach so we could get a sunbed. This beach is mainly used by the locals but was lovely. Would come back to this apartment again if it had been nearer to Pernera or Protaras.
Response from the manager Thank you for your review. The apartment comes with sunbeds which can be used if required but would need to be returned to the apartment after each visit to the pool. The key safe which is set up for guests enables guests at different times to be able to access the apartment. The key code is given out before arrival. I’m so glad you gave the apartment and the complex 5 stars - people who like the resort of Kapparis will know they can book with confidence.
