'Villa Debora' is a two bedroomed villa on the 'Orestiada Home Valley' development and welcomes couples or up to 3 adults over the age of 15 to stay. The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The villa is spacious and homely. What makes this villa so appealing is its large corner plot location which is not overlooked.

Air conditioned throughout, the villa has a good sized lounge area with comfy sofas and modern décor.

WIFI, DVD player with large selection of movies available for your entertainment.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with patio doors off each bedroom leading onto the balcony. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and guest WC room downstairs.

Relax on the sun loungers around the pool to get a great tan then cool off in the private pool which is not overlooked.

There is a BBQ, outside dining table and chairs on the patio and a comfy sofa set by the pool, ideal for reading in the shade.

Ideal for people who want a quiet, private, relaxing holiday but still be close to the beaches and a short walk away to the shops, bars and restaurants Pernera has to offer.

* The villa is available for up to 3 persons: adults or children over the age of 15 only.

* Complimentary welcome pack on arrival of water, tea, coffee, milk & sugar.

*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 50 euros each way.

* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.

* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure.

*All electricity and gas are included in the price.

* Aircon is operated by a meter and is credited with what should be enough for your stay. If more is needed, it can be easily topped up for you.

If you wish to explore more of the lovely island, there is a regular bus service just around the corner that takes you to Protaras, Agia Napa, Cape Greko, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
