Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool located in central Protaras. Landscaped and fully enclosed garden, set in a peaceful location but only a short walk to the local bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Free Wi-Fi access.

Villa Sophia is a fabulous fully furnished detached villa set in large private, fully enclosed landscaped garden, with gorgeous private swimming pool. Everything you need for that perfect holiday has been provided and more!

Spacious open plan downstairs comprising of lounge with 2 large leather sofas and 1 arm chair with large plasma TV, local satellite sytem and free Wi-Fi access, the lounge comfortably seats 7 guests.

From the lounge is the fully equipped modern kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc., all you need to prepare meals during your stay has been provided.

The dining table seats 6 guests.

Downstairs guest cloak-room.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet facilities, the second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom a double bed. All rooms have ample storage space and are fully air conditioned.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and w.c.

Leading from the dining area are a set of double patio doors where you will find the patio area complete with orange trees, pick and squeeze your own fresh oranges for breakfast. Patio table and chairs have been provided along with a BBQ so you can enjoy al fresco dining in the tranquil surroundings.

Take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the swimming pool and top up your tan using the sun loungers around the pool. The pool area catches the sun for the majority of the day but if you want to sit and relax in the shade, you can do this on the rear patio.

Villa Sophia is less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach and only a short walk away from the many bars and restuarants Protaras has on offer. Fig Tree Bay, famous for it's golden sand and deep blue sea is approximately a 15 minute walk.

Protaras is a popular holiday destination that boasts a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather. Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras offers a variety of hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers. For the more adventurous, Protaras has a wide range of water sports from jet skis, bob cats, undersea walking, banana boats and many more. For the younger people, try your hand at pottery making, crazy golf of simply having fun in one of the many childrens play areas dotted around the local area. All of the resorts have lots of shops, bars, restaurants.

Protaras and Pernera are small coastal resorts popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ideal for beach holidays, Pernera is approx. 4km away and has three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to visit as well as a small but active harbor from where boat trips can be taken. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the livelier Protaras strip and Paralimni's wide assortment of shops.

Cape Greco sits between Protaras and Ayia Napa, The cape's idyllic clear waters are a perfect retreat for snorkelers or swimmers who want to avoid the busy beaches of nearby Protaras. The area offers many fabulous beaches Green Cove is only a short walk from the villa or why not take in the fabulous views of Konnos Bay, both of which offer an exotic and tranquil experience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
