Casa Barana is a superb, modern Tuscan-style beachfront six-bedroom villa located in the private gated community of Thompson’s Cove. With over 5,000 sq ft of indoor and courtyard space, the villa is nestled among a lush, natural habitat encompassing almost two acres of land and sitting directly on 135 feet of tranquil, oceanfront paradise.

The West wing consists of five large ensuite bedrooms with oversized closets. Outside the spacious upstairs Master suite, experience breathtaking views of the turquoise waters from your veranda. The master also has a bar sink, mini fridge and wine cooler. Adjacent to the master is a large bedroom with two twin beds (also convertible to a king) perfect for kids. Enjoy the peace & serenity of the huge upstairs deck area overlooking the beach as well as the entire property. The three bedrooms on the main level each have their own entrance, beautiful ensuite bathrooms and patios.

The Villa's East wing is perfect for entertaining! Here you will find a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a gorgeous dining room and spacious Great Room, all enveloped by floor-to-ceiling windows with cathedral ceilings.The functional space also includes a half -bath, laundry room off the kitchen with a back door leading to a luxurious outdoor shower. The sixth bedroom with ensuite bathroom can be found in this wing. Each bedroom has satellite TV. The huge Great Room offers more than enough space for the entire family to gather together for drinks or to watch the big flat screen TV.

The large outdoor courtyard area has multiple seating options for families to gather and enjoy the warm sunshine by the pool & jacuzzi or a casual BBQ at the end of the day. With lush gardens and a multitude of fruit trees, the private property is surrounded by almost two acres of lovely grounds.

Enjoy lazing by the ocean on the beachfront patio. Play with the numerous beach toys or take a kayak out and discover the tranquility of the nearby cove. Go snorkeling and see a multitude of sea creatures’ right outside your doorstep. Situated close by, only a ten-minute walk down the beach is the world-famous Da Conch Shack restaurant. Only a short walk from dining and entertainment!

After a full day, be sure to catch the sun’s finale as it sinks into the horizon of the beautiful turquoise sea!

Why can't I call Owner- Brian (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Owner- Brian (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Owner- Brian (the owner) a message.

If Owner- Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
