An elegant villa 20min drive from a centre of Prague is ideal for travellers who would like to combine Prague sightseeing with a bit of relaxation. Set in a spacious garden it offers a tennis court, an indoor heated pool /heated from May till end of September/and sauna. The outside barbeque station is set by the tennis court. Villa would suit families with children, group of friends or professional who wants to combine work with a leisure.

The location of the villa is in a quiet village called Cestlice and can be accessed from a centre of Prague by car- 20min. It is just off the motorway D1 between Brno and Prague. Therefore it would be superb stopover for visitors on driving trip. Bus stop is 6min walk from the house and will take you to a centre of Prague ( bus+ underground) in 40 min. Reliable taxi cost to Prague appox. £16/Euro 18. Airport to house journey takes only 30 min.

Guests will be met in person and given keys and tour of the house along with manuals and book of house rules. HOUSE RULES 1/only paying guests are allowed on the property premises 2/ do not leave wet towels or wet clothing on the wooden 3/do not use sauna and pool under influence of alcohol or drugs, children must not be left in the pool area without a surpervision and no eletrical equipment is allowed in the pool room. 4/ no excessive noice after 10 pm as we are in residential area 5/ an additional identification might be required if person responsible for booking is not present at the check in 6/ please do not use any confetti or small toys in the pool as it can damage filtration system

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Iva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
