Private holiday villa in Psili Ammos, Samos; a stunning, mountainous Greek island off the coast of Turkey.

With 3 bedrooms, private pool, WiFi and moments from several tavernas, a mini-market and one of the most desirable sandy beaches on the island, you'll have all you need for the perfect holiday on your doorstep.

Ideal for families. Due to elderly neighbours, we do not permit large, single-sex groups, stag or hen parties.

Set in its own grounds, the ground floor villa comprises:

- Master double bedroom with ensuite with WC, shower, and terrace.

- bedroom 2 with double bed and terrace

- bedroom 3 with 2 single beds

- family bathroom with WC, shower and bath

- private unheated pool

- bbq area

- parking for up to 4 cars

The living/dining area with a fully-fitted kitchen opens up on to a large sun terrace, furnished patio with barbecue and private pool. There is air-conditioning in every room.

The villa is set in a beautiful, secluded location just 150m to a beautiful sandy beach, several local tavernas and a mini market.

The top floor is privately owned however it will be empty during your stay. You are welcome to use the upper floor terrace dining area to experience the breathtaking sea views from both sides of the villa.

**IMPORTANT**: We are required by Greek Law (Law 4389/2016) to submit the name, nationality, and passport number (or ID card) of the booking person to the tax authorities. Failure to do so results in high fines for us therefore we must ask you to provide this information prior to your arrival. All guests must provide their passport number prior to their arrival. If you are not okay with this, please do not book!

Why can't I call Diane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
