Located in the beach town of Puako and nearby amenities such as Golf, Fishing, Snorkeling, Shopping and the best beaches to be found on the Big Island! Our home features unique Bamboo construction and you will enjoy staying in your own private Ohana. Access to luxury kitchen should you decide to dine in one night of your stay. Come enjoy Hawaii with us!

Our home is located in the exclusive beachfront community of Puako on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, Hawaii. We are within a few miles of some of the best beaches Big Island has to offer.

We are a legitimate, licensed vacation rental Hawaii STVR #19-368657 NUC #19-1996. Please make sure you are booking with a licensed vacation rental in Hawaii as Planning and the Department of Taxation have started fining homeowners who are illegally renting their homes.

Your 576 square foot individual bungalow features a private bath with a lava stone shower. There is a glimpse of the ocean from the porch. We just purchased the home and do not have furniture except a new King Tempur-Pedic mattress in the room. Of course, clean bed sheets will be on the bed. Your room includes a mini refrigerator. Your room includes air conditioning which is very rare for the island! We will be transitioning the home into a Bed & Breakfast in May 2017. This rental is ideal for value travelers who will be ok with limited furniture.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roth (the owner) a message.

If Roth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
