This condominium is in the Oceanfront development of Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condominiums have the best beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The condominium unit has a view of the deep water marina entrance and is steps away from the white sandy main beach of Puerto Aventuras.

This large studio unit of 700 sq.ft. is the size of most one-bedroom condominiums however the sleeping area is not enclosed as a bedroom which gives this condominium a very open and spacious feeling. The living area opens to a private terrace with a double sliding door to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze from this second floor unit.

The Chac Hal Al condominiums have a large pool overlooking the beach and another pool with cabana overlooking the ocean. The Chac Hal Al condominiums have plenty of chaise lounge chairs and palapas poolside and ample lounge chairs and shady palapas on the beach. There are also green garden areas for relaxing while gazing out over the ocean.

The is a local management company with office just outside complex takes care of all details including key pickup, full condominium cleaning twice a week during your stay (two times a week for weekly rentals), bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, and soap all supplied and refreshed at no cost.

Immediately next to Chac Hal Al is the small Omni Hotel which has a cool beach bar, beachside restaurant and fitness center. The fitness center has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and new, high-quality equipment. Massages are also available beachside. Chac Hal Al guests are welcome at the Omni and can use the fitness center for a small fee.

Since this Chac Hal Al condominium has a beachfront location you will not have a walk to the beach or worry about getting beach access. Beach access in Puerto Aventuras is a problem for condominium owners/guests if they are in a condominium that is located off the beach. Avoid the hassle, and stay in a beachfront location where you have lounge chairs and shady palapas for your personal enjoyment!

Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, 4 burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The private terrace has table, 4 chairs and a BBQ Grill.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Perry (the owner) a message.

If Perry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
