This seafront loft has a beautiful ocean view, it is located in the upscale gated community of Puerto Aventuras. High speed internet (optic fiber) available.

Terrace at garden level fitted with garden set for 4 and 2 beach chairs.

Maximum capacity for 4 guests: 1 bedroom with king size bed + 2 sofa beds in the living room (size: 190 x 75 cm) & (178 cm X 75 cm).

The condo is decorated with colorful mexican details and is ideally located right in front of the Marina on the Caribbean sea.

Kitchen equiped with: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, minioven-toaster, blender, coffee machine, electric stove. Pots, pans, teatowels,....

Linens and hand towels provided.

The condo is located at the end of a quiet street with parking space (first in) in front of the building. Cancun Airport is at 78 km (48 miles). In the official web site of the Cancun Airport you can find information about private transportation from and to the airport.

Within Puerto Aventuras complex you will find a wide number of services and amenitities (drugstores, bank & ATM, commodity store, restaurants, shops, diving shops....). Wednesdays and Saturdays are market days, they sell fresh fruit and other products. A Supermarket CHEDRAUI is across the main road however taxi or car needed to go there from the complex.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mrs Berenice (the owner) a message.

    If Mrs Berenice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
