New to the luxury vacation rental market Casa Palmilla is a great way to vacation with family or friends traveling together to the Riviera Maya

This vacation home was designed for comfortable beach life style. Modern aesthetics with nice interior and exterior space to experience graceful tropical breeze and the seductive and calming views of ocean, beach and pool area.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms. Beachside master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with shower, nice terrace overlooking the beach and pool. Hall Guest bedroom with queen bed, private bath with shower. Guest beachside bedroom with ocean and pool views uses hall bath with shower.

The kitchen is functional and spacious, with custom selected appliances and plenty of wooden cabinetry.

Beachfront condo with a view of the beautiful, Mexican Caribbean Sea with large living room and dining table for six. Modern kitchen equipped with four burner stove top, dishwasher machine, microwave, blender and coffee maker, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi. All ceramic floors and granite counters, Bar area for entertaining and poolside terrace.

There are many restaurants within a short walk from the condo in the marina area and the Omni Beach club, 9 hole golf course, tennis course, convenience store, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, diving stores and famous Playa del Carmen a mere 20 minute drive for many more dining and entertainment choices
