Villas Del Mar C104, Puerto Aventuras Casa Tranquila is so named because it is located in prime position in the Villas Del Mar C building on the best part of the stunning Fatima Bay, Puerto Aventuras.

This wonderful ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath has it all and more for the most memorable vacation! From the sumptuous ensuite master you can walk out to the beach and feel the soft white sand underfoot. Imagine waking up to sound of the gently lapping water and the bluest ocean imaginable…this could be you! The master ensuite has king bed and the ensuite guest room has 2 queen beds, there is also a music system with speakers around the home.

The open plan living room has comfortable sofa and flat screen satellite TV, the dining room has dining for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools. Cook services can also be arranged so you may enjoy the local delicacies dining indoors or alfresco on the beach front terrace!

The large terrace has a beautiful waterfall feature, so can can relax on the sun loungers with the trickling sound of the water fall whilst taking in the marvelous beach view!

The Villas Del Mar complex facilities are unparalled, there is a huge multilevel swimming pool, pool side sun loungers and tables surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There is a tennis courts and also private beach, it really is paradise!

The Fatima bay beach is just fantastic, from here you can snorkel, you will see many bright colored fishes, turtles and so much more! The marina is just steps away here you will find international restaurants, boutiques, parasailing, dive stores, delicatessen, grocery stores, the list is endless. The Puerto Aventuras golf course is very close to Villas Del Mar. For the young and young at heart there is a skate board park.

Puerto Aventuras is in the heart of the Riviera Maya, you can easily visit the Eco parks of Xcaret, Xel`ha, the ruins of Tulum and Coba, beautiful cenotes (sink holes), stunning beaches, you have so many choices.

This was our third stay at Villas del Mar. Our first stay in Casa Tranquila. Went there for my 50th birthday celebration and it was everything I hoped for! We are already planning our return trip!
